Room had a nice view, but it smelled musty upon entry. The damp carpet near the window was a major concern. it seemed like the air conditioner was leaking. The staff was kind, but I noticed they were often overwhelmed, with the same person handling multiple roles. The hotel facilities need upgrades. the pool appeared dirty, and the towels were scarce. Breakfast was acceptable, but options for dinner fell short. Limited menu items, which was disappointing given the lack of nearby restaurants. Overall, a nice location close to bus stops for easy transit, but the hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness and amenities.

Spent 3 nights in a family room and the jungle walking path? Y'all, it was a treat! Enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool after exploring those spectacular falls. The staff was just charm itself, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was good, but I reckon dinner options could use some spicin’ up. Just saying!

The hotel is situated on expansive grounds, allowing easy access to nature and an inviting pool area, perfect for relaxing after days filled with stunning hikes in the nearby rainforest. We appreciated the friendly staff who did their best to assist us despite the renovations underway, giving a sincere vibe of hospitality.

The warm sunrise views from my Deluxe Double Room were breathtaking. The heated pool was a delightful bonus after long days exploring the Iguazu Falls.
